About the positionMimbly develops groundbreaking hardware and software solutions in water conservation, microplastic filtration, IoT, and environmental reporting. The company is in an expansion phase with a focus on internationalization and scalable growth. To strengthen its market position, they are now looking for a Sales & Growth Manager – a new role with significant responsibility and influence. The role involves both operational sales drive and strategic business development aimed at profitable growth and new markets.

As a Sales & Growth Manager, you will be part of the management team, report directly to the CEO, and lead the sales team. You will have overall responsibility for building and scaling sales, as well as establishing structures and processes that support Mimbly's continued expansion.

Your future responsibilitiesYou will play a crucial role in driving sales and growth while setting the direction for how Mimbly expands its offerings. With responsibility for the entire sales journey, you will lead both internal teams and external collaborations towards clear business goals.

Examples of tasks:

  • Own and develop the entire sales process – from lead generation to closed deals

  • Build sales strategy, pipeline, and structure for scalable growth

  • Lead the sales team and ensure that goals are met

  • Drive complex B2B deals with customers, partners, and distributors

  • Develop long-term profitable businesses and pricing models

  • Ensure high quality from the first customer contact to installation and after-sales

  • Evaluate and implement tools and systems for effective sales scaling

  • Identify new market segments, partnerships, and geographical expansion opportunities

  • Coach, recruit, and develop the sales team

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience scaling sales in a B2B scale-up environment

  • Has led sales teams and demonstrated good results

  • Has driven complex B2B deals

  • Has experience working through partners/distributors

  • Has an understanding of technology-oriented or industrial businesses

  • Is comfortable in fast-changing environments and builds structure from the ground up

  • Speaks and writes fluently in both Swedish and English

You are entrepreneurial, business-driven, and enjoy combining strategy with operational work. You build relationships with ease, coach your team forward, and have high integrity in business negotiations. You also have a holistic view where sales, delivery, product, and finance interact.
